There is no submission charge. Once your paper has been assessed for suitability by the editor, it will then be double-blind peer-reviewed by independent, anonymous expert referees.

Manuscripts will be examined for consistency of formalities and suitability for the journal; those, which are inappropriate, will be returned immediately to the corresponding author with notes. Reviewing will be done by 2independent, anonymous expert referees. Decision will be taken within 4 weeks. The publication will usually be made within 8 weeks from final proof of the manuscript. The decision will be accepted; minor changes required; major changes required; or rejected. Galley proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned within 72 hrs.
