Submitted manuscripts with an unacceptable similarity index resulting from plagiarism are rejected immediately.

The corresponding author is responsible for the originality of the material. The author’s responsibility includes authorship complaints; plagiarism complaints; multiple, duplicate, concurrent publication or simultaneous submission; research results misappropriation; allegations of research errors and fraud; research standards violations; undisclosed conflicts of interest.
